Field Test Truck Fleet

Nanol™ lubricant was tested in diesel engines of a truck fleet in 2010. In total, 12 trucks of construction years 1994-2007 with diesel engines of several OEMs were included in the test. A number of parameters were monitored, such as compression in cylinders, startup of the engine at very low temperatures as well as the overall performance of the engine. Besides, analysis of used oil from each participating vehicle was carried out.

Test results show:

Cylinder compression increment for all engines included in the test.
Quicker and easier startup at very low winter temperatures (-20°C and lower).
Extension of oil change intervals, 1.5 to 3.12 times longer run than with the conventional oil.
Smoother run and quieter sound of the engines.
Results of used oil analysis show compliance with the norm for fresh oils.
